Secret Edinburgh is available for weekly lets or for longer periods by arrangement. Weekly rental period usually runs from Saturday to Saturday and rates start at £800 per week. Please enquire

The apartment is available for letting over Christmas and New Year and also for the Festival. Please enquire for these specific periods.

Terms & Conditions

• The property is to be used for holiday purposes only.
• No stag nor hen parties accepted.
• The minimum letting period is for 1 week with arrival not before 4pm and departure by 10am.
• Other periods may be booked by arrangement.
• Secret Edinburgh will hold a provisional booking for 48 hours. If no confirmation is received within that period, the provisional booking will lapse.
• To confirm a reservation, a non-refundable deposit of £200 is required. The deposit can be paid by credit card or bank transfer.
• The balance of the payment is required 6 weeks before arrival. In the event that the balance is not paid in that time, the reservation will lapse and the deposit will not be refunded.
• In the event of cancellation after the balance has been paid, a refund will be given (less the deposit) provided that the property is successfully re-let for the same period.
• The rental payment includes the rental of the property, use of gas and electricity, broadband internet connection, bed linen, guest towels and end of stay cleaning.
• The property is let on the basis of a maximum of 7 guests sharing.
• There is no smoking permitted anywhere in the property.
• There are no pets permitted anywhere in the property.
• Non-compliance with these Terms may result in the immediate cancellation of the let mid-term without compensation.
• Guests will be liable for any damages, breakages or the need for any extraordinary cleaning. A damage deposit of £100 will be collected on arrival and returned, less any deductions, at the end of the stay.
